Ongoing Education and Assessment for Healthcare Personnel
The MHA provides its members with free access to careLearning and careSkills, valuable resources for their educational and staff development needs.
careLearning is a nonprofit organization operated by more than 40 state hospital associations that offers healthcare training and education based on an assessment of the employee’s skills, knowledge and abilities required and an evaluation of their job performance.
careSkills is a subdivision of careLearning and provides both a Competency Management System and a Performance Management System. Through the MHA, member organizations are able to use these healthcare employment tools at no charge.
