Below is a list of systems used to support MHA Keystone Center members and patient safety and quality improvement work.
The MHA Community site is a secure, online networking platform that allows MHA-member hospital staff to collaborate, share information and stay up-to-date on MHA Keystone Center activities. The site features resources, data definitions, data collection tools, webinar recordings and presentations. Discussion groups and member-created networks are also available to engage and connect with MHA Keystone Center staff and peers from member hospitals.
KeyMetrics is a web-based, data collection and reporting tool that allows for real-time monitoring of data to support quality improvement activities. The platform allows users to compare data and track progress via an interactive dashboard.
The PSO Data Platform allows members to submit adverse events in a protected portal. Imported patient safety data are based on the AHRQ Common Formats and are aggregated at a state level to inform the quality collaboratives.
