Healthcare Leadership Academy Enrollment Deadline Approaches

The enrollment deadline for the MHA Healthcare Leadership Academy is Feb. 3. The cohort meets Feb. 19 – 21 and April 10 and 11 at the MHA headquarters in Okemos.

The Healthcare Leadership Academy, in partnership with Executive Core and Grand Valley State University, has been a staple of the MHA, with more than 125 physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals completing the academy. The two power-packed modules featured in the coursework provide participants with Leadership 360° feedback with personalized executive coaching, exploration of best practices balanced with patient outcomes and intimate discussions with senior healthcare leaders.

By attending the Healthcare Leadership Academy, participants may earn 32 CMEs or CEUs and up to 36 ACHE qualified education hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives designation

2025 MHA Healthcare Leadership Academy Approved for More Than 30 Credit Hours

The MHA is pleased to offer its popular Healthcare Leadership Academy in 2025. 32 credit hours are available for physicians, nurses and healthcare executives.

In partnership with Executive Core and Grand Valley State University, two power-packed modules in February and April will feature leadership 360° feedback with personalized executive coaching, the development of advanced business acumen and the opportunity for intimate discussion with senior healthcare leaders.

Enrollment Open for 2025 MHA Healthcare Leadership Academy

The MHA is offering its popular Healthcare Leadership Academy program in February and April 2025, with sessions at the MHA headquarters in Okemos.

In partnership with Executive Core and Grand Valley State University, two power-packed modules will develop medical professionals’ ability to lead. The program features insightful sessions with executive leaders from Corewell Health, Henry Ford Health and Trinity Health – providing context in a complex Michigan market. Program faculty have helped medical and clinical professionals over the last 10 years lead more effectively.

The healthcare-focused business content develops understanding in finance, lean/quality principles, technology and innovation, while the professional leadership track builds essential skills to empower teams and stakeholders. Leadership 360º development with personal executive coaching ensures that each delegate gets the most from the program.

The 2025 cohort meets Feb. 19 – 21 and April 10 – 11. Past participants earned over 40 CMEs or CEUs. Physicians, clinicians and others who are engaged in healthcare and wish to strengthen their leadership skills are encouraged to register for the Healthcare Leadership Academy.
