MHA Endorsed Business Partner Vault Verify was recently featured on the RPI Tech Connect podcast episode “From Manual to Measurable: How UMMS Streamlined HR with RPI and Vault Verify”. Rebecca Hielke from the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) and Donny Phillips of Vault Verify shared insights about how UMMS tackled a frustrating, time-consuming employment verification process and turned it into an automated, efficient workflow with real-time visibility. With help from RPI Consultants, UMMS successfully integrated Vault Verify, creating a smart, API-driven solution that reduced manual effort by more than 50% and set the stage for even broader enterprise resource planning success.
“It’s because we do have a great implementation model. Our data integration process is one where we do virtually all the heavy lifting. We engage our customers to help with validating our setup and configuration, and reporting rules,” said Phillips. “But the actual technical build, we typically do as much of a lift as possible.”
Vault Verify, endorsed by the MHA, is a leader in automated employment and income verifications through integration with human resources (HR) technology. Vault Verify provides employers with a secure real-time human resources information system data integration platform, the Vault EDGe Gateway, which ensures employers remain in control of all data access. Vault Verify’s no-cost verification of employment and income service is connected with a real-time application program interface (API), reducing the possibility of errors.
This tool can also streamline the MHA’s Unemployment Compensation Program (UCP) by automating data pulls, and reducing the time HR staff spend gathering information and completing forms.
