AMN also recently shared the case study, “The Real Cost of Overtime: Contingent Labor vs. Incentive Pay,” highlighting how a large, multi-site health system addressed financial and operational strain tied to overtime and shift incentives. The case study outlines how a strategic staffing model can improve cost control, workforce visibility and overall performance while helping reduce staff burnout.
