The MHA is partnering with HKS, a design and strategy firm, to develop a playbook for Michigan hospitals on how small operational and space improvements can improve safety in hospital emergency departments.  

To begin the process and continue supporting Michigan healthcare teams, patients and communities, the MHA Keystone Center team will hold member listening sessions and field visits while conducting rigorous evidence reviews and data analysis. The intention is simple: support Michigan hospitals in providing high-quality care in a safe environment.
