The Michigan Public Health Institute (MPHI), in partnership with The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), released a grant funding opportunity to improve cardiovascular health during pregnancy and postpartum.  

The goal of this funding opportunity is to improve maternal cardiovascular health through prevention, identification and management of hypertension during pregnancy and one year postpartum. The opportunity is open to non-profit organizations, community-based organizations, healthcare organizations and systems, medical clinics, and local government agencies.
