MHA-member hospital staff and community partners are invited to join a webinar scheduled for 11 a.m. Sept. 29 that will feature guest speakers from Access Health. The webinar will explore Community Information Exchanges (CIEs) and their role in connecting individuals and families to community resources and services.
The webinar is part of the MHA Health Access & Community Impact office hours educational programming and supports ongoing Community Benefit Collaborative efforts.
Presenters will highlight real-world examples of CIEs that address food insecurity and strengthen connections to food resources and other supports.
Those interested in learning how CIEs can support collaboration between healthcare and community-based organizations to better address community needs and social determinants of health are encouraged to join. Members can add the meeting to their calendars and join the conversation via Zoom. Registration is not required.
