The MHA Keystone Center recently launched hospital engagement calls to strengthen relationships with member hospitals and better understand their quality improvement priorities, patient safety initiatives, challenges and successes. These conversations allow hospitals to share insights, discuss emerging needs and highlight innovative practices improving patient care and outcomes.
Information gathered through these conversations will help inform future MHA Keystone Center programming, Patient Safety Organization activities, technical assistance, educational offerings and collaborative opportunities. By engaging directly with hospitals, the MHA Keystone Center aims to ensure its services and resources remain responsive to the evolving needs of Michigan’s healthcare community and continue advancing patient safety and quality improvement statewide.
