The MHA Keystone Center has earned federal recertification as a listed Patient Safety Organization (PSO) from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, reaffirming its nationally recognized role in advancing patient safety. The achievement preserves federal privilege and confidentiality protections for PSO members and enables the MHA Keystone Center to continue collecting and analyzing patient safety data, sharing best practices and lessons learned and supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
The recertification underscores the MHA Keystone Center’s continued leadership in advancing patient safety through protected collaboration, shared learning and actionable insights that help healthcare organizations reduce harm and improve outcomes.
