Registration is open for the 2026 MHA Communications Retreat, taking place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 21 at the MSU Federal Credit Union Headquarters Building 2 in East Lansing.
The retreat will bring together hospital communicators from across Michigan for a day of peer learning, networking and professional development. Attendees will explore public affairs strategies and artificial intelligence (AI), hear updates from MHA leaders on state and federal healthcare priorities, and discuss timely topics affecting healthcare communications.
The retreat is designed for professionals working in public relations, communications, media relations, marketing and community relations within Michigan hospitals. An official detailed agenda will be released closer to the event.
Registration is $75 per person and includes breakfast, refreshments and lunch. Spots are limited, and members are encouraged to register by Oct. 2.
