The MHA Keystone Center Safety & Quality Symposium will be held Oct. 14 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lansing.
Health system leaders will share insights and candidly discuss how they are addressing workplace safety challenges. Case studies will explore strategies to identify safety vulnerabilities and emerging risks, develop mitigation plans, better understand the unique traits of behavioral health patients and apply de-escalation techniques. Sessions will also highlight approaches for training managers to recognize signs of employee distress and tailor interventions to the appropriate level of care.
The symposium is designed for clinical teams across the continuum of care, quality and safety professionals and healthcare executives.
