Below is a list of systems used to support MHA Keystone Center members and our patient safety and quality improvement work.
The MHA Community site
The MHA Community site is a secure, online networking platform that allows MHA-member hospital staff to collaborate, share information and stay up-to-date on MHA Keystone Center activities. The site features resources, data definitions, data collection tools, webinar recordings and presentations. Discussion groups and member-created networks are also available to engage and connect with MHA Keystone Center staff and peers from member hospitals.
KeyMetrics is a web-based, data collection and reporting tool that allows for real-time monitoring of data to support quality improvement activities. The platform allows users to compare data and track progress via an interactive dashboard. Available surveys include:
- Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community.
- Critical Access Hospitals.
- Maternal Health.
- Quality – Person and Family Engagement and the Health Equity Organizational Assessment.
- Workplace Safety.
PSO Data Platform
The PSO Data Platform allows members to submit adverse events in a protected portal. Imported data are based on the AHRQ Common Formats and are aggregated at a state level, with the opportunity for the patient safety data to inform the quality collaboratives.
