“What I love most about this work is the intrinsic motivation that I receive when patients are comforted and more at peace during their most vulnerable moments due to their nursing care they received,” said Lull. “I value responsibility and if I was involved directly or indirectly with their care, I am accountable, and that keeps me in a constant state of process improvement. Circumstances vary every day with patient care and it keeps me energized and enthusiastic to work with the whole care team keeping the patient in the center of all decision-making.”
