- The Michigan Health Endowment Fund’s 2022 Behavioral Health Initiative began accepting grant proposals Feb. 23. The Health Fund is seeking proposals that improve access to high-quality, integrated mental health and substance use disorder healthcare for Michigan residents, with a focus on children and older adults. A competitive proposal will focus on at least one of the Behavioral Health Initiative’s five priority areas: innovative care delivery models, multi-sector responses, innovative technology, team-based approaches to care, and behavioral health improvements for women, infants, and foster and adopted children. Concept papers are due March 14 and proposals are due April 21. The request for proposal can be reviewed on the Health Fund website. Members with questions may contact Lauren LaPine at the MHA.
