His presentation will focus on the influence of attitude and perceptions on quality and experience of care and the 2019 SCORE culture survey results. Attendees will also learn about safer health information technology through partnerships, how to prevent clinician burnout, ways to handle alarm fatigue and maternal health. A detailed agenda is available.
