The webinar You and Your Board: Creating a Synergistic Combination, offered from noon to 1 p.m. April 27, can strengthen these activities.
The webinar will focus on how strategies, alignment and accountability change over time to meet community needs and how to establish a well-defined development and execution process to transform board strategies and outcomes from good to great. Through an interactive process, registrants will evaluate and identify how to elevate the individual and group performance of the board.
