Learn How Governing Boards are Addressing Social Needs

Posted on October 22, 2020

Hospital and health system trustees are promoting value in their communities by tackling societal factors that influence the health and well-being of residents. In a two-part American Hospital Association (AHA) podcast moderated by Priya Bathija, AHA vice president of strategic initiatives, a panel of trustees discusses how their boards make community health a strategic priority for their organizations and how they prioritize, collaborate, measure and fund these important efforts in partnership with community stakeholders.

The AHA Trustee Services webpage includes articles and free tools and webinars that do not require AHA membership. Those interested in subscribing to AHA Trustee Insights may do so online.
