New Joint Commission Compliance Requirements Addressed in Webinar

Posted on August 27, 2020

Regulatory agencies like The Joint Commission, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and Det Norske Veritas recently announced plans to return to survey activity as providers begin to emerge from crisis operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As hospitals consider whether they are survey-ready, it is critical to understand the new survey process.

The MHA Health Foundation webinar Preparing for the New Normal in the Survey Process will outline The Joint Commission’s new compliance requirements since the COVID-19 outbreak, the areas of emergency preparedness and infection control that surveyors will be examining and more.

The webinar is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 23, and MHA members can register for a connection fee of $195. Members with questions should contact Erica Leyko at the MHA.
