Along the way, there are multiple touchpoints where customer service is hardwired into standard operating procedures and protocols for handling unanticipated problems.

“Research about the impact of exceptional customer service point to three major benefits: these organizations grow faster, have higher margins and a better reputation than their competitors. ... So, what about customer service in healthcare? It’s a mixed bag.”
