Webinar Reviews Plan of Action for Substance Use Recovery

Posted on November 29, 2018

More than 2 million Americans are addicted to an opioid and, according to the best estimates, these drugs have killed another 52,000 Americans this year alone. How do providers begin to undo the practices and treatments that contributed to this epidemic?

The MHA Health Foundation webinar Developing a Plan of Action for Substance Use Recovery will outline the strategies that physicians, nurses and other providers can implement with patients experiencing substance challenges.

The webinar is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. Dec. 13, and MHA members can register for a connection fee of $195. Members with questions should contact Erica Leyko at the MHA.
