Patient Safety Organization Events to Build Upon Previous RCA² Workshops
Posted on January 26, 2018
Registration is open for two MHA Keystone Center Patient Safety Organization (PSO) events that are free for PSO members to attend:
These exclusive events will build upon last year’s RCA² workshops and are designed to give MHA Keystone Center PSO members opportunities to learn and engage in conversation about a variety of patient safety topics that hospitals and health systems are currently facing.
Attendees at the MHA Keystone Center PSO Annual Meeting will hear presentations from their peers on their involvement with the MHA Keystone Center Speak-up! Award, successes with the RCA² process, and behavioral health issues in healthcare.
Safe tables provide a legally protected environment for MHA Keystone Center PSO members to discuss prevailing barriers and methods to eliminate adverse events, share new tools to standardize processes, and learn about current resources to assist with educating patients, families and staff on various areas of harm.
For more information on these and other MHA PSO offerings, contact Adam Novak at the MHA.
