Posted on November 30, 2017

The MHA Unemployment Compensation Program is launching its new “Employee Turnover Survey,” an online tool that will allow healthcare employers to track their annualized employee turnover data and benchmark their data to various peer groups. The survey’s value increases with every hospital and health system that participates, and staff members of the MHA Unemployment Compensation Program will soon be contacting these organizations’ human resources departments regarding enrollment. The data collection process for participating organizations will begin in January. For more information, contact Tony VanDam at the MHA.
