The MHA Keystone Center, in conjunction with the Great Lakes Partners for Patients Hospital Improvement Innovation Network, will soon launch the second cohort of its opioid safety initiative for emergency department (ED) teams.
With great success during cohort 1, the GLPP HIIN is excited to announce the launch of its second ALTO cohort. The project will replicate the Alternative to Opioids (ALTO) program, which initially launched in Colorado successfully reduced the administration of opioids in Emergency Departments (EDs). The MHA Keystone Center will host two recruitment webinars – July 23 and Aug. 21 - to discuss the program requirements and overall framework. The content of both ALTO webinars are identical, so members can choose the date that is most convenient. Registration is free and open to all GLPP HIIN members.
Members with questions should contact the MHA Keystone Center.
