The MHA Keystone Center Patient Safety Organization (PSO) will host a safe table to discuss topics that contribute to population health, such as readmission rates and social determinants of health. Registration is free and exclusively offered to MHA Keystone Center PSO members.
Population health can be examined systemically, which is often the approach utilized by social work professionals in healthcare settings. Healthcare professionals can work toward improving population health by recognizing and evaluating multiple factors.
Participants share ideas, engage in confidential discussions and explore ways to eliminate adverse events. These events are unique because they offer a legally protected environment for discussion around sensitive patient safety topics. Additional information on safe tables and how to access materials on the PSO Community is available in a short video.
Members with questions can contact the MHA Keystone Center PSO.
