The MHA offers a Glossary of Health Care Terms to help its members and the patients they serve better understand health care terminology. This glossary is a reference tool that clarifies the terms that are part of the health care vocabulary and provides a useful acronym guide (Appendix A). Additionally, a list of published sources from which some of the information was obtained (Appendix B) is also available.
