The MHA Physician Leadership Academy offers incentives -- the earlier you register and the more sessions you participate in, the more cost-effective participation

becomes. Review the sliding-scale registration fees on the registration form for details. Space is limited and attendance will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Information

Online Registration: Available only for single sessions. If registering for both sessions, payment and registration must be faxed.

Confirmations: Confirmation of your registration will be sent within three weeks of our receipt of your registration form with payment. No confirmation of registration will be made without advance payment.

Call Leigh Anne Jewison at (517) 323-3443 if you have not received confirmation five days before the program.

Cancellation Policy: If notice is given seven days in advance, 50 percent of the session fee is refundable. No refund will be issued after this time. registrants may send an alternate.

Venue, Overnight Rooms and Special Events: Communication about these details will be sent to registrants approximately four weeks prior to the session.

Special Needs: If you have any special needs or concerns regarding program site access, dietary restrictions, or your participation in the program, call Leigh Anne Jewison at the MHA at (517) 323-3443. Inquiring in advance will enhance our ability to respond to your individual needs!

Conference Attire: Business casual dress is appropriate for the conference. Please dress in layers, as the room temperature may vary.
