Your Input on the
MHA Board Strategy Survey is Critical
Last week, you
received a Web link via e-mail and a hard copy of the "2006
Board Strategy Survey." Attached is a
PDF of the hard copy if you would prefer to complete and
fax it back to the MHA. Please be assured that your
perspective is critically important as the MHA Board of
Trustees assigns long-term objectives associated with the
essential areas of funding, access, quality and health
improvement. If you did not receive the e-mail and would
like to complete the survey using the online version, please
contact Sarah Fink
sfink@mha.org and she will resend you the e-mail with
your specific link.
