Oct. 11: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Lunch on your own)
Oct. 12: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. (Lunch on your own)
During the workshop, adult learning principles will be used to help participants:

Sharpen team building and facilitation skills
Use data to accurately interpret variation and effectively drive decision-making
Apply learning concepts directly to the HIIN topics
People who play an important role in the Hospital Improvement Innovation Network (HIIN) - quality staff, improvement team and hospital leaders - are encouraged to attend the event.
QuEST events are free of charge. However, each participant is responsible for their own travel, meals, and lodging expenses.
