The 2017 Healthcare Advocacy Day will allow participants to learn how the healthcare community can work together to achieve public policy outcomes that positively impact hospitals, providers and patients. Taking an immediate step to positively influence healthcare, attendees will meet with state legislators and their staffs to discuss the state budget and legislative priorities of Michigan hospitals.

The loss of her sight, then the loss of her first husband to cancer, are only two examples of her life experiences that have given her the tools to speak with expertise. Her presentation will provide a poignant perspective and an insight into dealing with change.

Conference Specifics

The event is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 3 at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Lansing.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Event registration will close Sept. 15, 2017.

VENUE AND PARKING:
The Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol, 111 N. Grand Avenue, Lansing, MI 48933. Valet parking is available for $8 per vehicle.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made on or before Sept. 15 are eligible for full refunds. After that time, no refund will be issued; however, alternates may attend.

CONFERENCE ATTIRE:
Business casual dress is appropriate for this event. Please dress in layers, as the room temperature may vary.
